That is do you accept an order of a custom quad, or a trifin with no toe-in in the sideboxes, or swallow tail, normal "V" in the tail, etc... ? You know, stuff that you usually think don't work as good as your personal recipe .
I'm asking because on your site most of the photos of Witchcraft customs are of shapes similar to your production boards.

If a customer asks me to build a board for them, I need to know a lot of things but not how to shape the board, that is my job. Providing I have been given the correct information, I garantee it will be the best board they will be able to find anywhere. If it is not, I will replace it and if that does not work, they will get their money back. I think with custom boards, a shaper has to do this.
If someone has specific ments about the shape I do not agree with, I do not give garantee on the shape.
Also I will only do it if I have time left over. If not, I prefer to make boards I know will work and not be a waste of time.
Even if the customboards all appear to be similar, there can be subtle but significant changes in the bottom shape, rockerline, footstrap positions, etc.
With my shaping program, the customer can see 3D images of the board before it is made.

About the angle of the side fins in the trifin template, or "toe-in", as I heard your shapes have, doesn't it make the board a bit slower on a straight line ? Have you ever had a customer requesting a trifin without toe-in ?
