Je suis tombé sur une vidéo un peu old school des grandes années du Speed à Sotavento (début 90's je crois), spéciale grosse boitasse!!!
C'est assez violent quand même!!!
On y voit notamment Babeth Coquelle qui prend un hippon à la David Douillet!!! Ouuchhh!!!
Bien rigolo en tout cas...

c'est repris d'une video TF1 si je me souviens bien, le best of année 1993, je crois.... On y voit aussi le Gauzëre se faire un jibe à l'issue du run, ça représente bien l'esprit du grand blond ça -> bien fun quoi

Grant ‘Twiggy’ Baker rode what he says was the biggest wave he has ever ridden in Cape Town on Saturday when he and fellow Billabong team rider Greg Long towed each other into waves estimated to be over 70 foot (22 metres) in height.

The 35 year-old from Umhlanga, near Durban, and Long, 25, from San Clemente, California, started the day towing into waves at Dungeons, the notorious open ocean reef outside Hout Bay where Baker won the 10th anniversary edition of the Red Bull Big Wave Africa paddle-in event two weeks ago.

After three hours of epic rides and as the low tide approached the duo rode their Honda personal watercraft (PWC) out to the indicator reef known a Tafelberg, a kilometre outside of Dungeons, where the huge waves usually just peak and crumble as the reef is eight metres below the surface.

However, the 16 second swell period and Southerly direction of the massive swell on Saturday, combined with the low tide and glassy conditions, was creating enormous waves that were breaking top to bottom in an awesome display of ocean power.

“The waves were definitely the biggest I’ve ever seen in South Africa and possibly the biggest anywhere,” Baker said. “Greg towed me into one giant wave that was so big I was terrified and started hyper-ventilating.”

“Later, when we saw the photos taken by Craig Kolesky with a large lens from Chapman’s Peak, we realised that those were possibly the biggest waves ever recorded, on a par with the rides we had a Cortes Bank in January which were measured at well over 70 feet.”

Baker and Long, along with the team of Mike Parsons and Brad Gerlach, challenged the seamount known as the Cortes Bank, 160 Kms off the coast of California, in an epic adventure into what have been described as the biggest waves ever seen and surfed.

Angulo c'est un peu normal car il n'a pas de board de slalom/formula dans sa gamme mais dunky ?

vous ne croyez comme même pas que Dunky navigue sur des planches de série, ma main à couper que c'est tjrs thommen le shaper

c'est starboard il a voulu tester voir si c'est les planches ou albeau qui était plus fort il a dit ;apparemment ça fonctionne bien starboard

en tout cas dunky il a jamais aussi bien que depuis qu'il a des bouts de bois sous les pieds , un petit test grandeur nature qui va surement faire se remettre en question thommen qui est pourtant pas un rigolo coté shape

Bon ben ça y est encore un divorce, j'espère qu'il n'avait pas thommen tatoué sur le bout du z... car le laser efface les tatouages mais ça laisse des traces. En tout cas le père thommen va devoir revoir sa copie niveau shape car le dunky se posait des questions, je crois qu'il a eu des réponses : les starboard fonctionnent et plutôt bien. Mais ça on le savait deja tous
Sacré pub pour les planches en bois d'un coté mais l'image du Thommen va prendre un coup.

Je sors des chiottes avec le dernier wind et on tient la un numéro collector

Je ne sais combien de "Super Tonio le cauchemar de Bjorn" éparpillé dans le canard..
Sauf que le Bjornito vient de prouver qu'a board identique, c'est toujours lui le patron
Et puis la présentation matos 2009 (que tout le monde avait déjà vu en mai ) ou l'on apprend pour Thommen que 2008 c'etait le rodage avant une grosse année 100% bjornito replica full slalom taquet mémé Rs Gt..
ça va etre dur de vendre sa soupe, c'est sur..

Ne Manque plus qu'Albeau rejoigne Micah Buzzz chez les planches de slalom qui marchent pas pour qu'on retrouve le classement des worldcup des bonnes annés avec El Dominator chez *Board
